We haven’t yet implemented AI into our dealership. But there has been discussions about it being a useful thing and if so what it will look like when/if we do.

We have been utilizing AI more and more it seems, & I feel it’s been great! Residents are immediately notified when work orders are complete & surveys are sent out a few times during their tenancy. As a new prospect emailing or texting, you receive an automated response acknowledging your inquiry has been delivered. I think it’s great for both sides of our property management.

AI is good for automating simpler, menial tasks (if the setup and integrations are available), marketing ideas and suggestions you may have never previously considered, re-writing and re-wording copyright, optimizing text for SEO purposes, sentiment analysis, development content development plans, marketing plans, quick emails/memos/social media posts, YouTube titles, descriptions & hashtags, custom non-branded image creation, landing page mockup ideas, review response suggestions, formatting and outlines, summarizing info, removing background noise from audio, assistance in automating baseline video content and editing, preliminary research. It has turned out to not be do great for coding or anything requiring deeper analysis, multi-variable crunching, or actual accuracy or correctness. Everything output must always be double-checked for accuracy and tested. But it is really great for ideas and ways to reword responses to keep things fresh,

I use AI to help respond to reviews and write blog post. It has been extremely helpful in my workflow. While we do not use it to write content, we use it to spin organic content into multiple versions for different stores of the same brand. We also use it to add variety to the responses of our reviews, and we add our signature with name and phone # to make it personal for each store/department.
